You can now schedule when live features like the photo wall, kiosk mode, and photo booth turn on or off during your event. Set the time in advance and it happens automatically - no need to stand by with your phone.

Find it under the Live Features page on your event dashboard, where you can also see a list of upcoming and already executed actions.

You can now protect your account with two-factor authentication (2FA). When you log in, you'll also need to confirm a code alongside your password - either from an authenticator app or sent to your email.

You can turn on both methods at once and pick which one to use each time you log in.

New to eazy.photo? We've added guided tours across most of the dashboard, so you can quickly find out what's what without digging through a manual.

Tours pop up automatically the first time you visit a page - when you create an event, check out your event dashboard, set up live features, and build QR codes.

Skipped a tour, or just want to see it again? Click the ? button on the page to start it over.

Your guests get a quick tour too, the first time they open the participant page, so they can easily find their way around the camera, fullscreen, and the other controls.

We've improved photo quality when guests take photos directly in the browser on the participant page. On supported browsers, the app now captures photos at a higher resolution than before.

Supported by Chrome, Edge, Safari (Mac and iPhone), and most other browsers. Firefox doesn't support this yet - it'll keep using the same resolution as before.

If a guest's phone has multiple rear cameras, e.g. a standard, ultra-wide and telephoto lens, they can now also pick exactly which lens to use, right in the camera.

Guests can also pinch-to-zoom directly in the viewfinder on supported devices.

Tapping directly on the viewfinder sets the focus point at that spot, on devices that support it.

We have updated our privacy policy and terms and conditions as of July 1, 2026.

The privacy policy is now more detailed and covers, among other things, our role as data controller, processing of photos and videos, use of eazyAI, admin access, deletion policy, security assessment, and record of processing activities - all in one place.

The terms have also been updated with clearer sections on, among other things, prohibited and inappropriate content, right of withdrawal, rights to uploaded photos and videos, and the responsibilities of hosts and guests.
