Changelog
Stay up to date on the latest improvements and new features on eazy.photo.
Bigger, faster uploads - and a fairer limit
Your guests can now upload files of up to 10 GB each. Long videos in full quality can be sent as they are, without splitting them up or compressing them first.
Files over 100 MB upload considerably faster than before. And if the connection drops mid-upload, it picks up where it left off rather than starting over.
We've also made the limit itself fairer. If you run out of space mid-party, we won't cut off the upload a guest is in the middle of: there's up to 25% extra to draw on, so nobody loses the photo or video they're sharing.
How that works on a 5 GB package:
- 4.9 GB is used and a guest uploads an 800 MB video. It goes through, even though you end up at 5.7 GB.
- 5 GB is used. The limit is reached and new uploads stop, small ones included.
- You'll never go past 6.25 GB. A file that won't fit inside it is turned away.
Need more room? You can upgrade under Storage on your dashboard. Everything already uploaded stays put.
New photo greetings: greetings from your guests, all in one place
Your guests can now add a personal greeting alongside a photo.
After the event, find all greetings collected under Live Features → Photo Greetings, and download them as a neat PDF - or find them in the regular ZIP download. Guests can always edit or delete their own greeting afterwards.
You decide whether photo greetings are turned on, and how many each guest may add - or make it unlimited. You can also choose whether greetings are visible to all guests, or only to you. Find the settings under Live Features.
Guests can now mark photos as private
When a guest shares a photo, they can now mark it as private. Private photos don't show up on the live wall, in kiosk mode, or in the shared guest gallery - only the guest themselves and you as the host can see them.
Handy for the photos that are a bit too personal for the big screen, but should still be shared with you.
Schedule on/off toggles for live features
You can now schedule when live features like the photo wall, kiosk mode, and photo booth turn on or off during your event. Set the time in advance and it happens automatically - no need to stand by with your phone.
Find it under the Live Features page on your event dashboard, where you can also see a list of upcoming and already executed actions.
Extra security with two-factor authentication
You can now protect your account with two-factor authentication (2FA). When you log in, you'll also need to confirm a code alongside your password - either from an authenticator app or sent to your email.
You can turn on both methods at once and pick which one to use each time you log in.
Find the settings under My Profile.
