Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using eazy.photo, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and pay for events on eazy.photo. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement or have obtained express parental consent.

3. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for the content uploaded to their events. Hosts have full control over their event galleries and may delete any uploaded photos at any time and for any reason. We provide moderation tools to help you manage your event gallery.

4. Photo Ownership

You retain all rights to your photos. Once shared, you grant the event host an implicit and irrevocable global license to use the photo, including permission to view, download, and share your photos.

5. Payment and Right of Withdrawal

Payments for event packages are one-time fees and are charged in DKK (Danish Krone). Due to the nature of digital services, your right of withdrawal (14 days) expires as soon as the service is initiated (e.g., when the event is created or the QR code is generated), as you expressly consent to the immediate start of the delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.

6. Prohibited Content

Upload of illegal or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal. We reserve the right to report any illegal content to the relevant authorities.

7. Service Availability and Data Safety

While we offer no guarantees for the service's uptime and availability, we do guarantee that all photos uploaded to eazy.photo will be safe. We employ continuous logging and monitoring systems that alert us to any errors, enabling us to respond to and resolve issues as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any data loss resulting from negligence by either the host or the guest. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific event in question.

8. Storage Calculation

Storage limits are calculated using decimal units, where 1,000 bytes equals 1 kilobyte, 1,000 kilobytes equals 1 megabyte, and so forth.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to the eazy.photo platform, including code, design, logo, and name, belong to Morten & Ane Kornum Harders. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

10. Termination of Service

If hosts are found to exploit the system in any way we reserve the right to exclude the host from using the service.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active hosts via email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising from the use of eazy.photo shall be settled in the Danish courts, with the District Court of Aalborg as the first instance.
